Our Insurance Specialist
Prior to treatment our Insurance Specialist will sit down with you and explain
in detail our recommended treatment plan and your alternatives. Cost and payment
will be discussed. We require that you pay your insurance co-payment at the time of
service. We accept most major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of
service unless arrangements are made in advance of treatment. |
